Who or what dissolves? It is the “I-thought,” which is ego, that dissolves into beingness and silence. From this place of nobodiness there is a brightness and energy. There is also a sense of resting, akin to the feeling of sitting in a comfy chair after physical labor. Every moment is a moment of connection, of intimacy. The wind strokes your bare skin. A mountain in the apparent distance is as near to you as your shoe. A group of people are having a conversation next to you and their voices fill you up with vibrations as your eyes soften and your heart melts.
